Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Please review the terms below before making a purchase.
1. Subscriptions (Neuro Scribe)
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription.
Refunds will only be issued for partial usage during that time.
After 14 days, no refunds will be provided for that billing cycle.
2. Virtual Assistant (NeuroCare VA)
Billed after service is delivered, based on actual hours.
If the service is discontinued mid-month, you will be charged only for hours worked.
No prepayment is required. Since service is postpaid, no refunds apply.
3. Group Pricing Discounts
If a group qualifies for discounted pricing and later drops below the minimum required number of providers, pricing will revert to the standard rate the following billing cycle.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at: support@neurocareva.com within the eligible refund window.
Include your name, email, and service details for faster processing.
Refunds are processed via Paddle and returned to the original payment method.
