Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Please review the terms below before making a purchase.


1. Subscriptions (Neuro Scribe)

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription.

  • Refunds will only be issued for partial usage during that time.

  • After 14 days, no refunds will be provided for that billing cycle.

2. Virtual Assistant (NeuroCare VA)

  • Billed after service is delivered, based on actual hours.

  • If the service is discontinued mid-month, you will be charged only for hours worked.

  • No prepayment is required. Since service is postpaid, no refunds apply.

3. Group Pricing Discounts

  • If a group qualifies for discounted pricing and later drops below the minimum required number of providers, pricing will revert to the standard rate the following billing cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at: support@neurocareva.com within the eligible refund window.

  • Include your name, email, and service details for faster processing.

  • Refunds are processed via Paddle and returned to the original payment method.
